My workshops generally focus on partnering. I draw from many approaches from different systems I’ve studied or encountered. 

Partnered Conditioning Classes

Brandon has designed a number of partnered exercises for strengthening. These aim to work antagonist muscles in tandem with agonist muscles (for example, the triceps along with the biceps). Besides the benefits above, many of these exercises really work the micro stabilising muscles. These muscle groups are crucial to safe movement and longevity.
